Over the summer months several enthusiastic staff and residents have been getting up at 6am to do some weekly rugby practice! They have made the most of the different locations on Herm and use the beaches as well as the football field for practice. These photos were taken at 6.30am on a beautiful sunny morning at Shell Beach – the photographer was out early walking his dog. Any boaters anchored off the beach would have had a rude awakening that morning!
