Herm School is open on a snowy November day!  After snowfall during the early hours of Monday 29th November a decision was taken to close the schools in the Bailiwick – except Herm school!  Snow doesn’t cause a problem to the Trident boat schedule and as Mrs Carey, Herm school teacher, lives along the east coast sea front of Guernsey she was able to get to the boat.  All the Herm school children get to school on foot so no problems there!  Fun was had in the playground before the school bell rang!
