It was a very special occasion at St. Tugual’s Church when the Bishop of Southampton, The Right Reverend Jonathan Frost and Reverend Richard Bellinger conducted a service of baptism and confirmation for some Herm residents. After the service the congregation gathered at the home of Juliet and Neil for celebration coffee and cakes.
