Description
Lower flat in an original converted granite house. Situated opposite St Tuguals church. West facing with stunning sea views and sunsets. There is a small enclosed private garden to the front. 
Entry via garden door in the lounge/kitchen/diner with double bed settee. There is another door out to the rear of the flat. Off lounge there are two twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and the other with an ensuite bathroom. Entrance to small galley kitchen.

Utilities
Centrally heated. Electricity and gas are included in the cottage price quoted.

Changeover
Changeover day is a Monday during high season and busy periods. However the changeover day can be varied during low season.

Other
There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player in the lounge.
All linen is included in the cottage price shown. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
Your bags are transported to and from the boat free of charge.
Groceries can be pre-ordered and will be delivered to your cottage on arrival. There is a small grocery shop situated in the Mermaid Tavern.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
