Rear access to communal cobbled courtyard. Enter into a lounge/diner with kitchen area and doors off to each of the twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
This flat has inter-connecting door with Sea Spray to become one large flat if required.

Your bags will be transported to and from the boat for you.
There is a grocery shop situated at Seagull Campsite.
There is a coin operated laundry located in the Manor Village and at the pine log cabins.
