This is the upper floor of a two storey house, the lower floor was newly converted in 2020 and offers the opportunity to rent the whole property for a larger gathering of friends or family (whole house sleeps up to 12 / 13) Access to the apartment is at the rear of the property with its own garden-level path, there are no stairs internally or externally just a few steps in the pathway. Entrance into a hallway with doors off to all three bedrooms, bathroom and a separate wc. Door into kitchen/diner leading through to lounge. Ideal private family flat with large sunny garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Your bags will be transported to and from the boat for you.
