The Conservatory Restaurant
The Conservatory restaurant offers first class dining with the freshest local produce and a daily changing specials menu (please see samples in our downloads section below). Guests are requested to please respect the smart / casual dress code – please no ripped jeans, trainers, track suits or flip flops.
Special Afternoon Tea menus are also available with extra options of Champagne or Gin cocktails (see below)
The Hotel has an extensive wine list, professionally and passionately compiled, supplied by Bucktrouts.
The Conservatory Restaurant boasts uninterrupted sea views across to Guernsey and offers glorious sunsets.

Unless you are a hotel guest, please make a reservation for evening dinner. If travelling from Guernsey on the evening boat, please make your dinner booking first before booking your ferry tickets.
The Travel Trident ferry operates a dinner service (subject to demand) on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from May to September, departing from Guernsey at 7pm and returning from Herm at 10.45pm.
