* Main Mermaid bar accepts cash/ card payments, top deck bar accepts tokens only.
* Kids meals / drinks can be ordered at the bar – children must be accompanied by an adult over 18
* We may request proof of age for anyone who looks under 21
* Wristbands and a festival glass are required from 11am
* No table reservations on Saturday 15th June

Terms & Conditions: Tickets are issued by email only and a printed or digital copy must be brought to the event to gain entry. Festival wristbands and a festival glass must be attained upon entry. Tickets are non-refundable if you do not wish to attend after booking. If an event is cancelled, we will offer you a refund. If there are substantial changes to the event itself or to the date of the event as advertised, we will notify you beforehand and may offer an alternative or will offer you a refund. Refunds exclude processing costs and will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.
