Tickets are non-refundable if you do not wish to attend after booking. If an event is cancelled, we will offer you a refund. If there are substantial changes to the event itself or to the date of the event as advertised, we will notify you beforehand and may offer an alternative or will offer you a refund. Refunds exclude processing costs and will be credited to the card used for the original transaction.
